Canceling/changing an order

Please contact us within 6 hours after purchasing if you would like to cancel or change your order. Fabrics shop order Cancelation by customer is available only before we cut the fabric.

Ostudio doesn’t offer refunds and accept returns or exchanges for incorrect purchases once the fabric has been cut.

Notification of changes or cancellations may be made in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted.

Color rendition

The colour in pictures may vary in appearance between different monitors/screens. Please order a free sample or contact us before purchasing or placing an order if colour of any fabric is essential for your project.

Terms of return

Returns and refunds are available only for full bolts (rolls) of fabric and within 14 days of the original delivery.

For clothes purchased online, you can send them back for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery, provided it has not been used and the original packaging and swing tickets, where applicable, need to still be in place.

Refund is made after the delivery of product to the Ostudio. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Customer shall bear the costs of returning. Shipping, handling and import taxes are deducted from the refund amount.

Refund

Refund will be issued using the same payment method originally used to purchase the returned item(s). Customer will be refunded no later than 30 days after the day Ostudio receives the item(s) customer is returning.


Events outside our control Ostudio will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of its obligations to you that is caused by events outside Ostudio’s reasonable control (a “Force Majeure Event”).

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond Ostudio reasonable control and includes (without limitation) the following:

  • Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
  • Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
  • Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
  • Impossibility of the use of railways, shippin, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
  • Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; or
  • The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Ostudio’s performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and Ostudio will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. Ostudio will use its reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which its obligations to you may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
