1. Chest circumference
Measure across the widest part of the chest by running the tape horizontally around the body. The tape should lie snugly but not squeeze.
2. Waist circumference
Measure the circumference of your waist at the narrowest part, just above your navel. Do not pull your stomach in or tighten the tape.
3. Hip circumference
Take the measurement at the widest part of your hips and buttocks. Make sure the tape runs horizontally and does not slip down.
